What is BrieFix?
Starting from the premise that the brief is a vital element in the design process which all designers agree upon, BrieFix aims to be a handy tool for clients in the briefing process, and this way helps designers get complete and effective briefs fast and easy.

After the first contact with the client, designers often send them a form or a questionnaire to fill in all those blank spaces. In the Internet and communications era, BrieFix offers a better alternative to this old school way of getting briefs: a web-based application that designers may install on their websites, which is easy to use and intuitive.
The added value comes from the fact that it helps clients while creating a brief through interactivity, suggestions, options to choose from, guidelines and visual elements. For instance, designers may set up mood boards which will make it easier for clients to express their preferences by picking images they like from several sets of displayed images. Upload your own logo and customize the tool with your own colors
For designers it is important for the brief to be part of their own solution. So, they may upload their own logo, pick the colors that fit their website design and look professional for their clients.
Take the tool on your own domain
So that clients never feel they leave your website, you may use the app through your own online domain. All you have to do is create a CNAME and add it to your code. The URL for the application will be cname.yourdomain.com (e.g. brief.onextrapixel.com) instead of username.briefix.com.
Create a new language
The application is customizable in any language so that designers may use the tool with local clients. There are 5 languages from which you may choose: English, French, Spanish, German and Romanian, but you have the possibility to easily translate each module in your own language and set it as a default language.
Watch % completion of briefs in real time
Designers may see in real time what percentage of the brief the client managed to complete and what questions the client still needs to answer, so it’s easy to monitor how clients handle the briefing process and intervene if and when necessary.
Quick access widget
Designers may install the application as a widget on each page or whatever page on their website they want for the client to have fast and easy access to use the tool and create the brief. That’s faster than sending a doc form through email and waiting for the client to send it back after filling it out.

Such a thing I just need. I hope I win. I want better customer expectations sporostać thanks. It's an interesting modern form, which may appeal to customers and accelerate the process of creating guidelines.
I would use this tool to help me show my clients what the status of their progress is as well as a tool for me to keep track of progress. Being able to get client input in a setting such as this would make the client feel like part of the process and not like they have no say in what images or design aspects are being used.
