		<description>great article.  i think one of the most important issues that you seem to capture quite well is that the whole point of Web 2.0 design is to focus on the message rather than the sender or wrapper. The aspect of clean design is very important when you have less than 3 - 5 seconds to entice your customers to buy your product or interact with your site.  A clean interface and clearly defined navigation should compliment the content and not drown it out like most sites seem to strive to accomplish.</description>
