Terrific recap. These are definitely some of the better ones out there.

We recently launched a Color Palette Maker at http://www.stylishhome.com/Design/Color-Palette-Maker We think you'll find it fast and easy to use. You can upload any image to help create matching palettes. There's also an interactive widget that places a palette on a web page and allows the end user to adjust it.

Thanks for the extensive list of color tools. I am familiar with a handful of these, and have recently used Color Blender, which does the trick most of the time, but my most recent gem of a find would have to be Color Scheme Generator: http://www.colorschemetools.net/colorschemegenerator. Has anyone else used it?
